What happens on Sunday morning

Our worship stays grounded in traditional Methodist practice while we adapt our liturgy and prayers with the seasons and find creative ways to respond in worship. We sing hymns from the United Methodist Hymnal, accompanied by James King, with the choir leading. There are prayers, a reading from Scripture, and a message from Rev. Rushing Kimball.

A greeter will hand you a bulletin with the order of worship, prayer requests and a sermon guide, so you will always know what is coming. We close by singing our benediction, “Go Now in Peace.”

Sing with the choir

Our choir, led by Gigi Grider, practices at 9:00 AM in Room 1, off the courtyard. If you have a passion for making music, you are welcome to join.

Holy Communion

On the first Sunday of each month, on Christmas Eve and on Easter Sunday. The table is open to everyone, no exceptions, with non-alcoholic grape juice and a gluten-free bread option.

After worship

Stay for food & fellowship

At 11:00 AM we head to the Social Hall for a light early lunch and a time to connect. You are welcome to bring a dish to share, but most of all, we would love for you to bring yourself.

If you are visiting, it is the easiest way to meet the congregation.
